The 2012-2013 Officer Board Election will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 9:00pm-10:00pm in Room 201B of Livingston Student Center.
As we are approaching the election night, we would like to present to you the biographies of the candidates running in this year's officer board elections.

At this meeting, we have invited a representative from the "Giving What We Can" charity. "Giving What We Can" is an international society dedicated to eliminating poverty in the developing world. If any one is interested in getting involved in charity work, this is a great event to come to in order to hear more!!
This event will be worth 2 points. Furthermore, if you have any cans to donate, please bring them to this meeting. For every 4 cans donated, members will receive 1 point. Livingston Student Center Room 201B 9:00pm-10:00pm.

Career Services will be joining us and doing a Interviewing Skills Workshop! If any one is planning on applying for jobs and internships and will be going on interviews, this is a great opportunity to learn the important skills needed to interview to the best of your ability.
This meeting will be worth 2 points. As always, if you wish to donate cans, you may do so tonight. For every 4 cans of food donated, members will receive 1 point! Livingston Student Center Room 201B 9:00pm-10:00pm.

Kaplan will be hosting a series of free practice tests on Saturday, Feb. 25th. If any member is interested in taking a practice test, please register via link and make sure you list NSCS as the student organization that you heard about the event from!!

Hope everyone is having a good semester! We just wanted to let everyone no that this Thursday, February 16, we will be having our first general meeting of the semester at the Livingston Student Center in Room 201B.
At this meeting, Career Services will be joining us and we will be having an interviewing skills workshop! This is a great event for anyone who is going to be interviewing for internships or jobs in the near future!!
This event will be worth 2 points. Also, for anyone who can donate cans, there will be 1 point given to every 4 cans donated.
In addition, as another reminder, we will sponsoring a blood drive this Tuesday, February 14 from 3 pm to 9pm which is worth 2 points for every member who donates blood!

This Tuesday, February 14th, NSCS will be sponsoring a Blood Drive that will be located at all of the gyms on campus from 3pm - 9pm! The blood drive is a great cause to help those in need, especially on Valentine's Day!
This event will be worth 2 points. Any member who is able to donate blood, please bring your t-shirt to our first general meeting of the semester, this Thursday, February 16th in order to receive your points.

Applying for internships? Jobs? Graduate School? Then you should definitely join us for our next general meeting this Thursday, December 8 at 9:20 pm.
Career Services will be joining us this Thursday to do a resume building workshop! If you need help on your resume, this workshop will be very beneficial. The meeting will begin at 9:20 pm at the Livingston Student Center in room 201B. Pizza will be served at the meeting as well.
